Rise Visual Media provides professional photography, videography, drone services, and visual marketing to real estate professionals and businesses throughout Connecticut.

2. Ownership & Usage Rights

All content created by Rise Visual Media remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted usage rights for agreed purposes after full payment.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.

4. Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If a full-day shoot is scheduled and the team is en route or prepared, a larger fee may apply.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

If you opt in to receive SMS communications, the following applies:
